• "Memorial Day is sacred to Patriot Guard Riders, Amy kept that sacred to her as she planned our event for Memorial Day. She put her full heart in to getting to know us, in fact she became one of us that day. Few people come in to a group of over 500 "bikers" and fit in like she did. The planning was sharp and she kept everyone involved focused. We make this ride every year with 50-100 riders. This year over 500 riders rode out in honor of our Veterans and our Fallen. The faces of the families at the National Cemetery said it all. We made them a promise to "never forget". 500 riders told them we would NEVER forget. Amy made it happen!! Patriot Guard Riders in Arizona will get the credit, but Amy Petrovsky made it happen."

    Amy took excellent care of us for my 60th birthday party. All of the things I was worried about were taken care of by her! She has contacts with the best vendors for everything I needed to make my event unique and special. Moreover, she worked with our budget and still created a spectacular evening for all of our guests. We got glowing comments back for weeks after the party. Amy was there from early afternoon til the last of our guests were gone, the caterers had cleaned up, and all of the party rentals had been removed. Would we use her again? Absolutely!!

    Guilty Pleasures: Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

    1.25 oz Cuervo Silver Tequila
    Fresh Lime Juice
    Simple Syrup
    2 Fresh Cucumber Slices
    5 Leaves Fresh Cilantro
    Jalapenos to taste

    Salt rim of glass. Muddle cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, half ice and lime juice in glass. Add simple syrup, Tequila and rest of ice. And pour back in glass. Garnish with lime or cucumber wheel and straw.
