    "Memorial Day is sacred to Patriot Guard Riders, Amy kept that sacred to her as she planned our event for Memorial Day. She put her full heart in to getting to know us, in fact she became one of us that day. Few people come in to a group of over 500 "bikers" and fit in like she did. The planning was sharp and she kept everyone involved focused. We make this ride every year with 50-100 riders. This year over 500 riders rode out in honor of our Veterans and our Fallen.     Guilty Pleasures: Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita

    1.25 oz Cuervo Silver Tequila
    Fresh Lime Juice
    Simple Syrup
    2 Fresh Cucumber Slices
    5 Leaves Fresh Cilantro
    Jalapenos to taste

    Salt rim of glass. Muddle cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, half ice and lime juice in glass. Add simple syrup, Tequila and rest of ice. And pour back in glass. Garnish with lime or cucumber wheel and straw.
